Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
Custom or modified products cannot be returned unless faulty. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
